- Peter D'Agostino
Peter D'Agostino (b. 1945) is an American multimedia artist. His works include installations, performance pieces, interactive websites, and virtual reality.
Biography
Early life and education
Born in 1945, D'Agostino earned a BFA from the
School of Visual Arts in New York. He went on to earn an M.A in California.Career
D'Agostino began his work on artistic video in 1971 during the “Digital Video” movement. From the early 1970’s to the present, he has worked continuously with Video and experimentation with technology.
Peter currently works as a professor at
Temple University in the Film and Media Arts department. He teaches the "New Tech Lab" class that is offered as an advanced level course available to communications majors.
