Hong Kong FA Cup 2005-06, officially known as 2007/2008 HKFA Lanwa International FA Cup due to sponsorship from LANWA Group Company Limited [http://www.hkfa.com/en/match_cups.php?league_id=6&ly=2005-2006 HKFA Website] 2005/06 HKFA Lanwa International FA Cup] , is the 32nd staging of the Hong Kong FA Cup.

The competition started on 1 April, 2006 with 8 Hong Kong First Division clubs. All matches were held in Mongkok Stadium.
