Kombdi vade

Kombdi vade is a non-vegetarian dish native to the Malvan region in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a traditional Malvani chicken curry (including chicken pieces with bones), "vade" (fluffy fried dumplings made of wheat and "Ragi" flour), onions, lemon juice and "sol-kadhi" (a gravy made from coconut milk).
