The Avenue Forsyth is a regional, open-air shopping mall in Cumming, Georgia. It has about 50 stores, 5 restaurants, and a movie theater. The mall opened on May 14, 2008.

The Avenue Forsyth is located in Forsyth County, Georgia, the nation's 13th wealthiest county. It is the largest of the Avenues malls, the other Avenues located around the Atlanta area being Avenue East Cobb, Avenue West Cobb, Avenue Peachtree City, and Avenue Webb Gin.
