"Azincourt" is a historical novel written by Bernard Cornwell. The book concerns the Battle of Agincourt and how it was approached, fought and lived with through a variety of protagonists.

Plot introduction

A battle that was a turning point in history, from many points of view, told by a master storyteller. Agincourt, fought on October 25th 1415, on St Crispin's Day, is one of the best known battles, because it was an inspiring and unexpected English victory and in part because it was a battle won by the use of the longbow.
