Macedonian Prva Liga 2005-06

The 2005-06 Macedonian Prva Liga was the 14th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 8 July 2005 and the last on 21 May 2006. FK Rabotnički defended their championship title, having won their second title in a row.
