Mamoru Taniya (谷家 衛 , born 1962-12-30) is a Japanese investment banker, chief executive officer of Asuka Asset Management (since September 2004).[1]
Upon graduation from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 1987, he joined Salomon Smith Barners Securities where he had managed the proprietary trading division until 1998. [2] Later, he participated in the establishment of the Tokyo branch of Tudor Investment Corporation.
