Shanghai Expeditionary Army

Shanghai Expeditionary Army

The Shanghai Expeditionary Army was formed in January 1932 for the January 28 Incident and in August 16th, 1937 for the Battle of Shanghai and Battle of Nanking. It was disbanded on 7 November 1937, its units being incorporated into the Japanese Central China Area Army.
