Ervin Baldwin (born August 25, 1986 in city-state|Oglethorpe|Georgia) is an American football defensive end who is a practice squad player for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Bears in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan State.
