DI-2 ( _ru. ДИ-2) was a two-seat variant with a revised tailplane with 8°
dihedral tested in 1929. A small production batch was planned despite inadequate performance due to shortage of two-seat fighters but the contract was canceled after the prototype crashed due to stabilizer failure in a dive.pecifications (I-3)
