status = The Findel Glacier ("Findelgletscher in german")) is a valleyglacier in theMonte Rosa massif east ofZermatt in thePennine Alps . It has a length of 8 km and covers an area of 19 km².The starting point of the Findel Glacier is on the
Cima di Jazzi at 3803 m above sea level, on the border betweenSwitzerland andItaly . From there the glacier flows to the west between theRimpfischhorn andStrahlhorn on the north and the Stockhorn on the south. The end of glacier tongue is located at 2500 m above sea level.External links
