Electronic Power of Attorney is the mean that allows someone to provide a proxy or a civil representative with the necessary powers, granted by electronic means and using the technology in place and the CC (Citizen's Card). This power of attorney has the same legal value as the traditional paper power of attorney and is duly hand-signed.
