Bryn Bras Castle

Bryn Bras Castle can be found on the old road between Llanrug and Llanberis known locally as the Clegir road.

The Castle has a Grade II* Listed Building status and is more of country or stately home than a traditional Welsh Castle. The house was built between 1829 and 1835 by Thomas Hopper on the site of an earlier structure The site of the first motorcycle Dragon rally in 1962, the house has been converted into luxury holiday apartments.
