The Cabiyarí language is a nearly extinct [http://www.ethnologue.com/show_country.asp?name=CO Ethnologue] , report for Colombia] language spoken by a few dozen native people along the Cananarí River in the Vaupes Region of Colombia in north western South America. [http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=cbb Ethnologue] , report for Cabiyari] It was spoken by 50 people in 1976. It is also known as Cabiuarí, Cauyarí, Kauyarí, Cuyare, Kawillary.
