- Isle of Wight International Jazz Festival
The Isle of Wight Jazz Festival started in 2005, In the small seaside town of
Ventnor . Since the start of the festival it has hosted a range of artists includingTerry Callier ,Cleo Laine ,Maceo Parker ,John Dankworth ,Dennis Rollins .Humphrey Lyttelton and Ian Shaw.The festival has been praised for its blend of established names whilst pioneering various new stylesFact|date=September 2008.
Venues
2009 sees a new look festival in the house and grounds of the poet Swinburne's former home at East Dene in Bonchurch.
