1 Journal Square

1 Journal Square is an approved apartment complex in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will consists of two skyscraper that will have 1,500 units on top 7 story base with retail and parking. The buildings were designed by Becker + Becker Associates and are being developed by Harwood Properties. They are scheduled to be completed in 2010. The north tower will have 65 floors and the south tower will have 45.
