Tiger Brennan Drive is a major arterial road in the eastern suburbs of Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. The road travels southeast–east starting from Darwin CBD and ending in Darwin's eastern suburb of Berrimah. Tiger Brennan Drive runs parallel with the Stuart Highway for most of its length. Major roads that intersect Tiger Brennan Drive include Amy Johnson Avenue and Berrimah Road. The Charles Darwin National Park is located on Tiger Brennan Drive.

Tiger Brennan Drive provides the most direct route for freight coming from the East Arm Port, instead of using busy Stuart Highway.

Tiger Brennan Drive was named after Harold "Tiger" Brennan, one of Darwin's mayors.

Tiger Brennan Drive extension

Stage 1 - Construction of the $6.5 million Tiger Brennan Drive extension began in April 2008 and was expected to be completed by the end of 2008. The main purpose is to ease traffic congestion on other major arterial roads in the Darwin urban area. The new extension will also help cut travel time from Darwin to Palmerston.^{[dated info]}

Stage 2 - Tiger Brennan Drive Extension Stage 2 for the Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DPI) of the Northern Territory Government. The project comprises 7.5 km of dual carriageway linking Palmerston with Darwin and a grade-separated intersection with the Stuart Highway with a completion date of mid 2010, and is worth approximately $100 million.
