Hudson Greene

The Hudson Greene (also know as 77 Hudson Street) is an apartment complex currently under construction in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will consist of the Hudson Greene - East Tower and the Hudson Greene - West Tower, both of witch will have 28 floors and be 500ft (152m) tall. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and are scheduled to be completed in 2009. The complex will have 420 residences and convert|19000|sqft|m2 of street-level retail space. The architect is Cetra/Ruddy, Inc.

Building construction has been beset with several catastrophes. A fire on the West Tower in October, 2007 delayed construction. [cite web
