Catholic Health Initiatives

Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is a faith-based, non-profit health system, the second largest Catholic health system in the United States [http://www.catholichealthinit.org/] and the fifth largest US health system overall. [http://www.repertoiremag.com/Article.asp?Id=2142]

It operates hospitals, long-term care facilities ,assisted- and residential-living facilities, and community health-services organizations across the country.

CHI is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
