- Ed Dee
Ed Dee is an author, born in
Yonkers, New York onFebruary 3 ,1940 . He graduated from Sacred Heart High School, then served two years in theUnited States Army . In 1962 in joined theNew York City Police Department (NYPD). He earned a BA fromFordham University . He retired from the NYPD as alieutenant and then he began to write. He earned an MFA in creative writing fromArizona State University . His first novel, "14 Peck Slip", was named a notable book of the year in 1994 by theNew York Times . "Bronx Angel" in (1995), "Little Boy Blue" (1997), and "Nightbird" (1999) followed. His latest book "The Con Man's Daughter" was released in fall 2003. He has two daughters and four grandchildren. He lives inDelaware with his wife Nancy.Bibliography
