People Plus Recruitment Limited is a UK-based employment agency specialising in industrial and commercial recruitment on a temporary and permanent basis. The company was set up in 2001 by current Director Jason Guy and was founded with the assistance of the The Prince's Trust. The company is also GLA registered which permits the supply of labour to the agricultural, horticultural, food processing and shellfish gathering industries.

The company operates from branches in Wolverhampton and Cannock in the West Midlands and is currently planning a third branch to open in Coventry in 2008.

In 2005 Jason Guy formed a business partnership with Luke Adamczyk to launch First Resourcing Limited, an affiliated company of People Plus providing supply teaching cover to primary and secondary schools. First Resourcing is currently working towards achieving the prestigious DFES Quality Mark.

People Plus currently employs 11 staff directly and places approximately 400+ people out to work each week generating an annual turnover of circa £3 million pounds per year.
