New York City 's Soho district in 1989. The New York Angelika, which is located at the corner of Houston Street and Mercer Street, is the flagship cinema. In 1997 they opened a theater inHouston, Texas . In 2001, an Angelika opened in the Mockingbird Station inDallas, Texas , and most recently in 2004, an Angelika opened inPlano, Texas .
