Kabibara Radhanath Ray

Kabibara Radhanath Ray (28 September, 184817 April, 1908) was a writer from Orissa, India. In Oriya, the name "Kabibara" means "the gifted poet".

He was born in Kedarpur village of undivided Balasore district. His poems include Kedar Gouri, Chandrabhaga, Nandikeshwari, Usha, Parvati, Chilika, Mahajatra – Jajatikeshari, Tulasistabaka, Urbashi, Darabara, Dasaratha Biyoga, Savitri Charita and Mahendra Giri. Besides he has written more than fifteen essays.
