James Tocher Bain (February 26 1906 - December 5 1988) was a pioneering Canadian engineer. Through innovative foresight and an adherence to exacting standards, he exerted a major influence in establishing TCA/Air Canada's remarkable record of excellence in engineering, maintenance and overhaul.
