Snx6

Sorting Nexin 6 (SNX6) is a well-conserved membrane-associated molecule that has been shown to associate with TRAF4. [Yuki Ishibashi et al. FEBS Letters 506 (2001) 33^38] The protein contains a coiled-coil domain at its C terminus and a PX domain at its N terminus. Binding to PIM1 causes translocation to the nucleus. [W Tony parks et al. THE JOURNAL OF BIOLOGICAL CHEMISTRY. Vol. 276, No. 22, Issue of June 1, pp. 19332–19339, 2001]
