Epona (Internet Relay Chat services)

Epona (Internet Relay Chat services)

Epona is a free and open source Internet Relay Chat services package released under the GNU General Public License. It is designed to work under most Unix-like operating systems running compatible IRC daemons.

Contents

Epona provides implementations of the OperServ, ChanServ, NickServ, MemoServ and BotServ services.

Fork

In 2002, the author's disappearance from the development community, coupled with the subsequent reduction in stable releases of the software caused a fork of the project, Anope, to be launched.
