Vidyalankar Institute of Technology is an engineering degree college approved by the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to University of Mumbai, India.

Vidyalankar Institute of Technology was started in the year 1999 after having secured permission from the AICTE and University of Mumbai.It gained popularity in a very short span of time and today attracts top talent [http://www.vit.edu.in/vit_media_speak.html/ Media Speak] . It caters to students who have passed the standard XII and desire to get into the Engineering Profession.It has secured an A grade rating from the Mumbai University and is currently among the more reputed colleges in Mumbai.

VIT is located in Wadala(E) campus along with Vidyalankar Polytechnic, a diploma college.
