"Panic" is the seventh full-length album by Christian band MxPx It was released on June 6, 2005 (see 2005 in music) internationally and a day later in the United States. This was a breakthrough album when the single "Heard That Sound" proved a minor radio hit. It also featured the Blink-182/+44 bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus on Wrecking Hotel Rooms.

*"Heard That Sound" is featured on the video game "Burnout Revenge"
* In the PS2 version of "The Sims 2", the song "Late Again" had the vocals altered into "Simlish" and was put on the purchasable boomboxes and other music players.
