Kunio Nakagaki

Kunio Nakagaki (中垣國男, June 24, 1911April 2, 1987) was a former Japanese Minister of Justice. He was a pro-death penalty activist and executed 33 people, including Matsuo Fujimoto and Ri Chin'u (model of Death by Hanging). He also attempted to execute Sadamichi Hirasawa, but failed, and he eventually hadn't been executed until his death.
