Rob Tregenza

Rob Tregenza (b. 14 November, 1950) is an acclaimed [ [http://www.cinemaparallel.com/opinions.html INSIDE/OUT reviews ] ] American cinematographer and filmmaker renowned for his use of long takes with complicated camera movement and a carefully planned use of zooms. Besides shooting his own projects, Tregenza has also worked with other directors, including Alex Cox (on "Three Businessmen") and Béla Tarr (whose "Werckmeister Harmonies" included Tregenza on its team of cinematographers).

Tregenza's third feature, "Inside / Out", was produced by an uncredited Jean-Luc Godard [ [http://imdb.com/title/tt0119373/ Inside/Out (1997) ] ] . The film was mixed with Godard at his studio in Rolle, Switzerland. It premiered at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard section.
