Karl Gillingham (6'3", 305 lb, born on Feb. 6, 1965) is an American Professional Strongman athlete and
powerlifter fromNorthfield, Minnesota . Karl is a USA National Strongman Champion. Karl has been competing in strongman since 1998 and has consistently been ranked in the top five nationally every year he has competed. Karl's first contest in strongman was the USA National Championship, which he won. Since that time Karl has traveled the world competing in over 40 top national and international contests including the prestigiousWorld's Strongest Man , theIFSA World Championship, and theSuper Series Grand Prix (WSM/SS).
