Biography:
Band Kvinton formed in the late 90's by Marjan and Goran, frontliners of Steriermarks punk and alternative scene. At first, it was a duo but the band soon had more members.

Bostjan was the first one to join them – checked guitarist and tambura player (in this era he played with heavy metal band and in tambura orchestra), the second one to join was Dejan (Bostjans friend from childhood) rhythm guitarist, violinist and experienced vocalist. The drummer at the beginning was Milan Murko (Sleazy Snails), after a while came Robert who join the band as a new drummer (most of time played in the psychedelic rock bands). The last to join the band was Igor – Lead guitarist, that played in several bands.

Band released their first album, Lovci Srece, in 2001 which had two hit singles, Gusl and Dotik Ljubezni. The band is working on its second album, due to be released in October, 2008. Their single, Vedno k tebi grem, topped radio charts in May 2008.
