Christmas Is Awesome is a comical Christmas single by Surrey based rock band Reuben. It was recorded to enter the Christmas charts in 2007, and was only available via download on iTunes.

Though the single did enter the charts, it was removed after a very short time due to technicalities of the wrong single being entered into the charts by iTunes. The purchases already made did not count in the poll, and the song was removed relegated from entering again.

The Video

The music video accompanying the single release feature the band members being handed gifts, while wearing traditional festive hats and sweaters. They open their gifts to find toy versions of their instruments, and begin playing the song. At one point carol singers come to the door, and the band answer and listen to the children sing "Everybody is welcome, Christmas is awesome". The carol singers then come into the house and sing along the chorus with the band until the song finishes. Throughout the video, the lyrics appear at the bottom of the screen in a traditional sing-a-long video style.
