Juan Ramon Pizarro Cordova born February 7, 1937 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, was a major league baseball pitcher.

Juan Pizarro made his major league debut on May 4, 1957 with the Milwaukee Braves. From 1957 to 1974 Pizarro pitched for eight different teams. They were the following: Milwaukee Braves (1957-60); Chicago White Sox (1961-66); Pittsburgh Pirates (1967, 68); Boston Red Sox (1968-69); Cleveland Indians and Oakland Athletics (1969); Chicago Cubs (1970-73); Houston Astros (1973) and again with the Pirates in 1974.

Pizarro pitched two no-hitters for the White Sox in 1962. He pitched in the 1963 All-Star Game and was also named to the 1964 All-Star Game, but was unable to play. Pizarro played for a total of 18 years before he retired. He won 131 games and lost 105. His lifetime winning percentage was .555.
