=Introduction=
Established in March, 2001 by the Decision No. 1547/QD-BGD&DT- TCCB of the Ministry of Education and Training, Cantho University Software Center (CUSC) was the pioneer in Mekong Delta in training professional programmers, developing software and applying information technology to many aspects of social life. Initially with 7 IT engineers , CUSC's software department (CUSC Soft) began with developing software on demands. After those years, CUSC Soft has gradually built up a software development process. By the year 2000, CUSC Soft scored some remarkedly achievements and was honorably a member of VINASA. test
