Rich Greenfield is a Polish-born
stand-up comedian recognized for his "One-man" comedy routines, which feature completely invented dialogue derived from total obscurity, and on occasion audience suggestion.Early years
At age 17 his brother had seen an ad requesting "Stand-Up Comedians Wanted," and gave it to Greenfield. Immediately Rich contacted the originator of the ad and requested information about the performance. A week later he was saying his first improvised lines in front of half a dozen bar patrons at Mc Cormicks Place in Grafton, WI.
Performances
Greenfield has appeared in numerous Milwaukee theatre productions including Song at The Scaffold (1996), and The Foreignor (1999). His most recent performance was in Milwaukee's One act Play festival. Greenfield is co-founder and current member of the sketch comedy troupe

On December 23rd 2006 Rich Greenfield began an internet promotion campaign employing YouTube.com as a staging area for his personally created videos. On December 29th 2006 at 5:55pm Greenfield's campaign received an initial milestone when his site was featured as #60 most watched video (today.) Currently videos at Greenfield's site [http://www.youtube.com/cliffsidedesign CliffSideDesign] has reached 101,000 views total. On October 18th 2007 Greenfield launched a new site [http://www.youtube.com/1000characters 1000 Characters] which received 630 video views within 24 hours of launch.
Pirate Radio
On November 21st 2001 Greenfield appeared on the illegal radio program "Rebel Radio" on 94.7fm in Milwaukee,WI. The program was recorded in a make shift studio in the Riverwest Neighborhood. The program featured pirated music and improvised dialogue between songs. Greenfield co-starred with a fellow co-worker, whom he originally met while working at a local Kinko's. Several months later the radio station transmitter was confiscated by government authorities.
