Ursa Major II Dwarf is a dwarf galaxy orbiting the Milky Way galaxy. The discovery by D. B. Zucker et al. was announced in 2006.

It is a small dwarf galaxy with projected size of 250 imes125 pc. The absolute magnitude of the object is only -3.8, meaning that it is less luminous than some stars, like Canopus in the Milky Way. It is comparable in luminosity to Bellatrix in Orion.

It is located at a distance of about 97,800 light-years from the Earth. There is another object called Ursa Major I Dwarf, discovered by Beth Willman in 2005.
