Vehicle registration plates of Arizona

Vehicle registration plates of Arizona

Since 1914, the U.S. state of Arizona has issued license plates for vehicles registered there.

In Arizona, the license plate belongs to the vehicle owner. This allows for the transfer of a license plate from one vehicle to another. [ [http://www.azdot.gov/mvd/faqs/scripts/faqs.asp?section=pfto Motor Vehicle Division ] ]
