next_route=114State Road 113 (SR 113; known as Southside Connector) is a Florida State Route, which runs almost due north-south entirely in the eastern part of Jacksonville's city limits. It runs from an intersection with SR 9A/SR 116 (Wonderwood Connector)/Merrill Road on the east shore of the St. Johns River to an intersection with SR 115 (Southside Boulevard) just north of SR 10 (Atlantic Boulevard).
As its name, Southside Connector, implies, it "connects" SR 9A (future (I-295) and SR 116 (Wonderwood Connector) with SR 10 (Atlantic Boulevard) and SR 115 (Southside Boulevard)/(Arlington Expressway).
Near the northern terminus, there are signs that indicate that, if one continues driving northward, one will get to SR 9A. What the sign doesn't say is that is actually SR 9A "North". If one wants to get to SR 9A "South", one must take the Merrill Road exit, turn left, and take the next left. If one turned right at the end of the exit, they would be on SR 116.
Along the route of SR 113, it has major intersections with Tredinick Parkway and Regency Square Boulevard.
