"Simolestes" is an extinct genus of pliosaurs that lived in the Middle to Late Jurassic. Three species are currently known:
*"Simolestes keileni" from the Bajocian of France
*"Simolestes vorax" from the Callovian Oxford Clay Formation of England
*"Simolestes indicus" from the Tithonian of India
