Euston (band)

Euston (band)

Euston are an English rock band that formed in Deal, Kent in 1998. The group was formed by Russell English (lead vocals), Russell Cramphorn (guitar), Ray Darrall (bass) and Ian Banks (keyboards). The band started off without a drummer but soon Sim Forder joined for several practises before the band decided upon Simon Jackson to complete the 5 piece line-up.

Euston gigged throughout the South East and London circuit before releasing their debut EP entitled "Where to, From here". Euston went from strength to strength. Playing gigs for the BBC, KMFM and being awarded the title Best Band in Kent by Kent radio station Invicta FM.

Euston went on to release 2 further CD's entitled "Along For The Ride" and "The Bad Weathers' Gone"

The band then parted company in 2001 and had a 5 year break before reforming for a special one off gig at the Hole In The Roof public house in Deal, Kent. The audience turn out was phenomenal and the band decided to carry on going. Ray Darrall unfortunately didn't want to continue with the band and was replaced by Paul Georgeson, who is a well known musician from Deal.

The new line up was complete and the band have now been gigging and raising their performance ever since. They are currently in the studio recording their next CD, so far yet untitled.
