Stanley A. Mulaik (born
April 9 ,1935 inEdinburg, Texas ) is Professor Emeritus at the School of Psychology at theGeorgia Institute of Technology , as well as the head of theSocietate American pro Interlingua . Although born in Edinburg, Mulaik lived inSalt Lake City, Utah for most of his childhood. For the last 30 years, he has lived in or around theAtlanta, Georgia area.His interest in
Interlingua came about in 1953, one year before the grammar was set in stone. His early works came to the attention ofAlexander Gode , then the leader of the Interlingua Division ofScience Service , who asked for and got permission to print the student's articles in official publications.Today, he is the head of the
Societate American pro Interlingua , and the editor of its quarterly journal,Confluentes . He was also the editor of the now-defunct Interlingua journal "Le Foro", and of the psychological journal "Multivariate Behavioral Research".External links
