The Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, often abbreviated as POPB or Bercy, is an indoor sports arena in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.

The Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy opened in 1984. It was designed by a team of architects: Andrault-Parat, Prouvé, Guvan. It is the venue for the Paris Masters ATP Tour tennis tournament and for many sports: basketball, boxing, gymnastics, track cycling, show jumping and more.

The seating varies from 7,000 to 17,000, depending on the sport.

POPB hosted the European gymnastics championship in 2000, the 1991 and 1996 [ [http://217.13.116.51/finalfour05/noticia.jsp?temporada=E02&jornada=20&id=379 1996 Final Four: Victory comes to Greece and the Greens] ] FIBA European Championships Final Fours and the European Basketball Championship in 1999 among others. The POPB will also stage WWE Raw on September 28 2008, marking the first ever time WWE Television has been taped in France.

It also hosted the Paris-Bercy Elf Masters kart race for well known and high ranking professional racing drivers from 1993.

Bercy has hosted many concerts by stars such as Iron Maiden, The Cure, Radiohead, Kiss, Madonna, Whitney Houston, Shania Twain, Beyonce, Rihanna, Shakira, Dire Straits, Spice Girls, Céline Dion, Depeche Mode, Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, R.E.M., The Smashing Pumpkins, Marilyn Manson, Gwen Stefani, Daft Punk, Björk, Mariah Carey, P!nk, Christina Aguilera, Rammstein, Mylène Farmer,Haha, Justin Timberlake, Cher, The Rolling Stones, Green Day, Pearl Jam, Deep Purple, Tina Turner, Daft Punk, Barbra Streisand, Guns N' Roses, Fairuz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Zazie, Coldplay and Queen + Paul Rodgers. The Depeche Mode live record One Night in Paris and Placebo's live DVD "Soulmates Never Die (Live in Paris 2003)" were filmed at the venue.
