Silesian cuisine

Silesian Cuisine (Silesian: "ślůnsko kuchńo", Polish: "kuchnia śląska", German: "Schlesische Küche") is a mixture of Slavic (Polish and Czech), Germanic and other culinary traditions. Born as a mixture of various culinary traditions, both of various regions of Silesia and surrounding cultures, it uses a fair variety of ingredients.
