*Sir David Ramsay, 4th Baronet MP for Scotland 1707-1708 and Kincardineshire 1708-1710
*Sir Alexander Ramsay, 5th Baronet MP for Kincardineshire 1710-1713
*Sir Alexander Ramsay-Irvine, 6th Baronet MP for Kincardineshire 1765-1768:On his death the baronetcy became dormant
