Route description
Nebraska Highway 250 begins at an intersection with NE 2 in the unincorporated area of Lakeside, which is east of Ellsworth. It makes its way in a northward direction, making various turns along the way. There are no intersecting routes or points of interest along this highway as it passes through the badlands of western Nebraska. At its northern point, it enters Rushville where it terminates with US 20.[2][3]
