Morteza Mohammadkhan مرتضی محمدخان (born 1947) was the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance of Iran[1] from 1993 to 1997 (Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani's second cabinet).
Mohammadkhan was born in Tehran. He is an economist at Khaje Nasir University of Technology. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University and also a MS in Economics From San Jose State University and a PhD from Ponna University.
