Downtown Pittsburgh ,Pennsylvania . It was completed in 1968 and has 39 floors. It is the 9th tallest building in the city. The convert|617000|sqft|m2|sing=on building was designed by William Lescaze and Associates. In 1999 Aristech selected convert|53000|sqft|m2|abbr=on in the the ninth, tenth and eleventh floors for their new headquarters. In 2001 Education Management Corp agreed to lease convert|47000|sqft|m2 in the 37th floor. The main tenants are Education Management Corp, Wilshire Associates, LaSalle Bank, RR Donnelley and Sons Financial, Liberty Mutual Insurance,Ariba ,MetLife , Aristech, and Sun Oil Co. In 2004 Ariba bought Free Markets and the building's name was officly changed to One Oliver Plaza. Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP wiil rent convert|200000|sqft|m2 in the building, benginning in 2010. It will be renamed again “K&L Gates Center". The building was bought for $30 million by Michigan based Kojaian Cos in 1998. The steel for the building was provided byBethlehem Steel Co . The building also contains a 3 level, 300 car parking garage.See also
