Rustam Khudzhamov (born October 5, 1982, in the Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian football goalkeeper who plays for FC Shakhtar Donetsk in the Ukrainian Premier League.

On May 25, 2008, Rustam signed a 5 year contract with Shakhtar Donetsk for a fee of 582,000 hryvnia (approximately 80,000 euro). His first action at the club was repalcing former No.1 Andriy Pyatov as the starting goalkeeper and saving a penalty in the 5-3 penalty win over Dynamo Kyiv in the Ukrainian Super Cup final.
