Drovers (fictional farm)

Drovers Run is a fictonal farm in the hit drama show "McLeod's Daughters". It is passed on from one generation of a McLeod to another.

toryline

Hardship and respect for the land are the key values at Drovers Run, which is a vast cattle and farming property in the Australian outback that once belonged to Jack McLeod. Initially, after his passing, his two daughters, Claire and Tess McLeod, are reunited to decide the property’s future. After Claire's death, Tess McLeod and Stevie Hall (Claire’s best friend) ran Drovers with workers Meg, Jodi and Kate. Before Tess married and moved away, Jodi discovered she was Tess’s sister, so Tess sold Drovers Run to Jodi, and Jodi Fountain McLeod ran Drovers along with cousin Regan McLeod, part owner Stevie, and workers Kate and Moria. However since Jodi’s departure, part owner Stevie Hall and sisters Grace & Regan McLeod (cousin's of Jodi, Tess & Claire McLeod) run Drover’s with the assistance of Kate, Moria and Tayler. Then in 2008, Grace's sister Jaz McLeod returns with a dark secret and stays on to help sister Grace and widow of Alex; Stevie Hall along with Moria Doyle and Tayler Geddes.
